ABOUT ME

Through more than 25 years of working across the country in non-profits, philanthropy and impact organizations big and small, I have learned from diverse styles, programs and amazing individuals all of which have informed my leadership style to focus on building deep intention, strategic, thoughtful decision making and purposeful risk-taking as the foundations for everything.

This process-centric philosophy leads each decision to be curious, reflective and purposeful. It cultivates a dynamic culture of dedicated teams who deliver impactful and meaningful programs that meet organization missions, improve their fiscal health and amplify impact and role in our communities.
